Needle valves and other torque‑sensitive valves are installed on subsea structures and tooling around the world, and many of them can be damaged if over‑torqued.
To prevent this, Envirex has developed an ROV‑manipulator‑operated torque tool specifically for such applications. The tool can be set to a maximum output level to ensure subsea valves are not damaged by excessive torque.
The torque limiter provides high accuracy for both clockwise and counterclockwise rotation.
