The Ø80 mm Hot Stab program is optimized for maximum flow and is specifically designed for RFO activities and well intervention. Its combination of high flow capacity and high‑pressure capability makes it ideal for operations such as pigging and testing. The system is designed in accordance with API 17H / ISO 13628‑8 and is available in multiple types and configurations to suit a wide range of applications such as topside tooling, subsea operations, function testing and flushing.
It features Ø8 mm bores for maximum flow and minimal pressure drop, and each unit is pressure‑tested to 1.5 × the design pressure.
The Hot Stab can be operated by an ROV or a diver. It offers low mating force, easy engagement, and an integrated handle. The design includes integration for a 2" 1502 Weco connector, as well as an integrated swivel and J‑lock.
