Pressure Test Unit (PTU) is designed as a compact and highly effective tool for subsea pressure testing from an ROV.
The PTU features an integrated dual‑action booster pump and flow‑control valves on the inlet supply for tuning and controlling maximum pump pressure. It can be configured for low‑pressure testing through the LP line or high‑pressure testing through the HP line. Each line is equipped with its own safety pressure valve on the outlet.
A digital pressure sensor combined with logging software provides live pressure feedback and offers full recording capabilities for generating pressure‑test certificates
