The EdgeTech 2205 is a compact and highly configurable sonar solution designed for integration with third-party underwater platforms. Ideal for UUVs, AUVs, ROVs, USVs, and other hosted systems, it offers flexible deployment for side scan sonar and sub-bottom profiling—either independently or combined.
With careful attention to size, weight, and power efficiency, the 2205 is delivered as a complete package from Unique, featuring pressure-housed electronics and separate transducer arrays for optimal placement on the vehicle. Arrays are best mounted away from thrusters with a clear line of sight to the seabed.
